職位描述：
Travel as required to inspect ANDRITZ and competitor’s products at customer site.
出差到客戶端檢查本公司及競爭對手的產品.
Support customer to install our spare parts onsite and collecting all kinds of data/parameters for preparing the inspection/service report.
協助客戶安裝本公司相關設備,及收集相關的安裝信息/工藝參數并完成檢查/服務報告.
Training and guidance to customer for knowing well for our equipment’s performance and technology.
培訓及指導客戶了解本公司產品的性能及技術特點.
Process optimization prior to performance ****ing.
做性能測試前的優化的準備工作.
Provides onsite service, identifies and resolves customers’ problems with follow up service report.
根據相關的服務報告,做好客戶現場的跟蹤服務并解決問題.
Promotes and furthers ANDRITZ goals through the development of good customer relationships and recognized professionalism while at site.
維護好客戶的關系,并在客戶端推廣/擴展本公司的專業形象.
Continuously maintain current knowledge of new ANDRITZ Technology.
持續學習本公司/本產品最新的技術知識.

任職要求：
College or bachelor degree of mechanical engineering/paper making industry
大學本科/碩士學歷,機械設計/制漿造紙設計專業
More than three years experience of production or service experience of the paper making/mechanical industry
三年以上大型造紙廠或者造紙行業相關產品或者服務經驗
Good English in writing, reading and speaking
英文聽說寫流利
Good cooperation with team spirit
具團隊合作精神
Good communication skill with customer and internal
溝通技巧良好
Good CAD knowledge
有CAD應用經驗
